Return Policy

The following returns are valid within 14 days of you receiving your order via the delivery date:

We will accept returns on products that are defective due to damages during shipping; Return shipping charges will be paid by the seller. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return and shipping charges will be paid by the seller.

A buyer that wishes to return items for any other reason than stated above will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and will be responsible for return shipping charges. Items must be returned without damage and in the same condition in which they were received. Once an RMA is issued and the item, or items, are returned, a refund will be processed within 3 days of receipt.

Credit Cards

We accept credit cards, PayPal as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Taxes are included in the item prices.

Shipping

Throwback Collectibles reserves the right to use any carrier for the same type of shipping method.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate.

 

When we ship

We ship out on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (excluding holidays) on all orders made and paid by 9:00 a.m. pacific standard time.

If your order is placed after said time, it will be shipped out on the next shipping day; i.e. - You place an order on a Monday at 9:30 am PST, it will be shipped out on Wednesday.

 

 

Typographical errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Throwback Collectibles shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Throwback Collectibles shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Throwback Collectibles will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

We may update this page from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
